At its Annual General Meeting held on May 11, 2016 the company resolved to issue a maximum of 300,000 warrants, each carrying the right to subscribe for one (1) share in Cinnober Financial Technology AB (publ) at a subscription price of SEK 140,00 per share (pre- the 3-for-1 share split). The warrants may be exercised in the period between August 31, 2018 and January 15, 2019.
246,500 warrants were purchased by employees of the company at the issue rate of SEK 1.51, valued in accordance with the Black-Scholes model and transferred to the participant at market value. If the warrants are fully exercised, the company’s share capital will increase by SEK 246,500.
The purpose of the program is to encourage employee interest in the Group’s operations and highlight the link between employee remuneration and the performance of the company. The Group does not incur any costs from the program besides administrative costs.
